Which cheeseburger contains less fat? You've probably heard that the simple (and small) burgers from fast food joints are healthier choices when it comes to portion size, calories, and fat. Take these two examples. McDonald's cheeseburgers are pretty small in comparison to their other larger-than-life sandwiches (think Quarter Pounder or Big Mac). However, all of White Castle's burgers and sandwiches are small. But who eats just one? Do you know which of these cheeseburger servings contains less fat? The Winner McDonalds Cheesebuger!!! The McDonald's Cheeseburger wins out. Containing a modest 310 calories and 12 grams of fat (6 of which are saturated), this burger won't break your diet if you're craving a fast food fix (just say not to the fries and extra large soda). Although White Castle's burgers are tiny, two of them contain more fat and calories than the cheeseburger from the golden arches. The two White Castles contain only a few more calories (320), but a whopping 18 grams of fat--that's 28% of your daily value. If White Castle is "what you crave," think again. This serving will also cost you 9 grams of saturated fat, which is 46% of your daily upper limit! Stay Strong~~!!! IPL
