I think the old banner is a classic, although I did vote for the new fresh look! Its kind of a draw for me really.

don't get me wrong, but a banner for a bodybuilding board should have something that would make you think of weights, muscles and hot women!! the old one at least has some dumbbells on it. Your banner does look good but could use some of the things I mentioned. imho!

You did a good job BUT i like the older one. Like it was said above it should have something more to do with weights or body building. That kinda looks more mtrix style. I voted OLD banner.

I gotta say I like the old one, although you did a good job. I agree if there was weights hot women etc..it would be great.

The old one is how I vote but if you could use the font like in the new one with the old colors that would be cool. I like the crossed dumbells but would rather see at least some 80 pounders/gym style not walmart twisties.

So your font with the red shadow, black background with 80 pound dumbells crossed up on the left side..Maybe a bad ass bodybuilder outlined on the right with a single front bicep pose and with a blindfold (hence anonymous!)

Just an opinion. You did a great job on the banner format but it could be tweaked if we were going to go out with the old and in with the new.

reduce the outer shadow , always tune in CMYK rather than RGB.
the color concept is red-black (not sure what shade) and blues so make it blend with a different blue
change the font
raster the magnifying glass and sharpen it more
you are pointing a magnifying glass at the letters "onymous'" however there is no change on those letters, technically they should be magnified rite? work on splitting those letters into another layer and playing with it probably with another font size and touching it up with some blending options.

nice concept, needs some direction. my .02.
