Alright, Here is the deal. I'm cutting down a weight class for fighting. This means I have to stay at a lower overall weight so that the cut isn't too drastic. I was 210(about 200 right now), cutting to 185. Now, I'm going for 190-195, so that I can cut to 170. OK, so I've used T-bol to jump start cycles before (I hate D-bol and Drol, to much bloat, etc) So, question is Has anyone run a T-bol only cycle before? How much, how long, etc. I'm on a cutting diet. The weight is coming off good, but I am starting to feel like I may be getting weaker (and we can't have that) So, I was hoping to maybe throw in some T-bol. I really like the way it treats me and to date, I have had no liver problems. I had blood drawn mid cycle (T-bol, Test E, Deca, Anavar) last time and liver values were fine. So, I'm OK with running a little longer oral cycle. It's this or Anavar, but I just happen to have T-bol on hand right now. Biggest thing is not adding to much weight with the juice, just something to keep me strong, add a little muscle while I cut. What do you think?
By the way, I will not use winny to cut. It dries me out and My joints hurt way too much for the intensity I train at. All help/suggestions is appreciated. Thanks!

Nothing on this one, huh? Wow, I'm making good progress in my weight cutting, but am really concerned about my gym intensity right now. Normally I'd just run some Var, but I'm out!!! and happen to be sitting on some T-bol. Nobody here has ever ran this solo, huh? I know T-bol isn't the strongest, but I'm more looking for something to help build some muscle while I lose fat with the diet and cardio. I'm almost to target weight, but really want to keep tightening things up. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

From my research, I think this is a doable cycle. I wouldn't expect any hugely large gains, but you should gain strength and some lean mass as well. You will probably not retain any extra water and should be able to maintain any gains afterwards. Let us know how it works out for you.

just started TBOL a few days back for the first time along with cyp/deca
cant speak of what results on it alone might be. sounds doable as another said. |

Thanks guys. I thought the cycle looks doable as well. I'm only looking for strength gains right now, not a lot of size. Like I said, Normally I'd run var, but circumstances being what they are, I think I'll give this a try.

It seems doable. Libido might suffer, and strength gains probably won't be amazing.. But it'd probably be effective for what you're aiming for. What doses are you looking to use?

From my exp. I would say its doable, like mentioned above your libido probably will suffer, so expect to d a small PCT afterwards to get things going again. I would assume that your intensity in the gym will come back a week to 10 days after starting the tbol, mine usually kicked in quick like that.

Dbol is stronger mg for mg than any other oral substance. Take heed, I said mg for mg.. I would recommend Dbol overall for the oral only cycle if you are in need of strength. If you are worried about the bloat run some Adex with it you should be left with nothing more than strength.

Thanks Bro. Even with Adex, I retain some water with Dbol. I got a fight a few weeks out and can't afford the extra weight right now. Not only that, Dbol usually messes with my hormonal balance a little more. I'm not really looking to do another big cycle until the summer(like July or August), but I have really hit a plateu right now. The weight doesn't really want to budge anymore, but if I cut anymore calories without some "help" I'll be wasting away.
