I'm really bulked up right now @ 292lb @ 6'. Arms 19 3/4" cold. Looking to start cutting down. I'd like to get to about 240lbs or so. If you take like 2 steps back from you puter and look at my pic it doesn't look too bad...lol.

Your huge bro.. Diet and cardio all summer, and youll be at your goal of 240, no problem! I wish I could pack on some masss like that. I dont know how you guys do it..

long hard road is right!! I just need to keep my focus on one goal, getting lean. I have been focused on getting big for so long its tough.

i think you mastered the getting big part.....i'm really interested in seeing the results after some cutting.

what are you planning on doing to cut down to 240? do you have a plan set out yet with diet, exercise and fat burners? post up your thoughts so far.

I have a clen/T3 cycle drawn up that has been know to drop about 40lbs with pretty clean diet and cardio. I have a Swolecat personal program that I order a while ago and worked real well for me for the time I was consistatnt. Basically a low carb premise with mostly all your carbs coming before and after your workout. Other meals are about 65g p with 15g fat. Let me know if you want more info, i'd be glad to post it up.

how many calories do you all ready take in?dont drop to far because you will lose muscle with.i would keep it at maintance which i assume for you is around 4-5k and then like stated add in t3 clen(if your heart can handle it,i ran it and found it too damaging to be worth it)and of course the biggest key in losing fat while maintaning all that muscle GH!
are you considering dnp?(i am not suggesting you use it as we all know how dangerous it is,i am just asking if it has gone through your mind)
