Default a real quick intro.....
getting ready to head to work for the day but thought I'd introduce myself. I'm gettinripped, I was referred by Tiggerizme. Thought I'd come over and check out what the ABB has to offer. Seems to be set up real nice from what i've seen so far. i do have one question though, does anyone elses eyes start hurting after reading the white letters on the black background in the forums?? Kind makes my eyes a little shifty after a while. anyway, I'm no vet but I'm no newbie either. I just love to read and gain knowledge from everyone I can. and if I can help out I will.

i figured the white letters were easier than red letters or yellow letters....not sure what other options there are.

in the bottom left hand corner of the board theres a drop down menu for choosing the skin.....instead of Fireball you can choose Default Style. its ugly blue and grey like Outlaw Muscle, but may be better for your eyes

thanx much better for my eyes. i freaking look at the computer all day. swear it's worn my eyes out. had to get glasses.
