Default First Pec Shots Today
I have never done a shot in the pecs before so I figured I would try it. I did 3cc in each pec, went really well, I think I like it

believe me I was nervous for the longest time. It helps when you have a 3/4" pin though. The only thing I haven't done now are traps, tris and lats.

Pecs can be difficult sometimes. I too prefer to take them with only a 1" pin. I am limited to what substances I inject in the pecs as well as the amt. Seems to me like 3 mL's would be waaaaaaaay over my limit. That would have went into the glutes for me. LOL.. I stick with 1.5mL's or less for pecs.

Thats one thing that I'm sketch about. There just something in my head that won't let me put a needle into my heart. Not really of course, but that's what I envision when I think about it ouch.

I have done pec injects with IGF, prop, and test susp...I only use a 5/8 inch 25g...hardly any pain at all...gotta find he sweet spot. Im glad you liked it! I have hit calves and traps...never again, lol

It's a very tricky injection and I don't choose to do it unless I am in desperate need for multiple ED injection sites. Even then it's limited.
