I forget where I saw this at, but it was called Ab blitz or something like that.
heres what you do: 10 mins of walking or light jogging (4-5.5 mph) then pick an exercise that works your upper abs, and do 3 sets of 10 reps of that exercise then 10 mins of jogging to running( 5.5- 8 mph) then pick an exercise that works lower abs, and do 3 sets of 10 reps of that exercise then 10 mins of sprint intervals ( 1 min at 10-12 mph followed by 1 min of walking at 3-4 mph, then repeat until 10 mins is up) final, pick an exercise that works both sets of abs equally, and do 3 sets of 10 reps for that exercise. should be pretty spent by the time youre done |

sounds like good stuff....i saw some guy do this once though and it doesnt look very "right"....seems "stressy" in a way, he was runnin all over the place
I'll stick to my bycicle at the gym...15minutes of that and im soked! I LOVE my cardio!!! ![]()

sounds like a very interesting switch up. But i like to do a brisk walk on the treadmill at full incline for 20 min. has my HR at 175-180BPM and i'm dead after that.
