Will soon be having labrum repair, what would be the ideal supplementation menu and scheme during the down time? I'm planning on continuing lower body work and cardio as I have changed training somewhat and gained a little more than I would have liked, my thoughts are to at least attempt to get something useful accomplished during the time I have to heal.
