Current Stats
5'9 185lbs 5% I did a little trial run, carbed up, cut water and my "pretend" contest day was today and these were my stats above. I am 1.5 wks out. Once I drop diuretics, I know I can get down to 178-180lbs. My problem is that I need to come in 176 or less for MW. What are your suggestions of what I should do with my last 1.5wks of training and dieting and also the last 36hrs before show. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

I would say stay away from all carbs until weigh in and do nothing but some light cardio everyday to get more and more dailed in. I know you will feel like shit supplement with some 10-15grams of efas to feel somewhat sane. Pretty much do the ketogenic diet, thats the only way I know you can keep your muscle and starve the fat off. I will ask my boy camelsosa from ssb what he did for his win to become pro (welterweight). I know he believes in starting his diuretics 4 days out.
