Day before Show Schedule (8 a.m.-10 a.m.) prejudging:
A: Stop all added sodium consumption. whatever is found naturally in the food is fine. B: Increase fiber supplementation to three times per day C: Stop drinking at 8 p.m. (12 hours prior to prejudging). D: Take 1/2 Dyazide (25mg hydrochlorothiazide/37.5mg triamterene) at 4 p.m., 9 p.m., 2 a.m., and 6 a.m. E: For men: Add 25-35g carbohydrates (from white rice, potatoes or sweet potatoes) to every meal. This carbohydrate loading protocol may vary. Cater to the needs of the individual. This is what I did in preparation for the Dexter Jackson Classic, and that was me in my avatar two days before I did all this, and it turned out really well. Good luck with your show. |
