Default Muscle Cramps

Hello,
I'm not sure if this belongs in the nutrition section, or what, but here goes:

I'm running into a lot of muscle cramping lately. Before it used to mostly be my abs (understandable because I don't train them often enough). Now it seems to be my lats and my hams. Is there something I could be missing, or have too much of in my diet? It sucks when I'm twisting to pin one of my glutes, and I cramp up on my side or something. Thanks in advance peeps!

Electrolytes maybe?? Sodium, potassium, chloride, and bicarbonate. Taurine maybe if you are using clen

I've upped my potassium, and added Taurine. Will update in a few weeks....thanks. Some of my friends at the gym had similar recs.

You could also try magnesium. That plus potassium help me out.
