Hello,
I'm not sure if this belongs in the nutrition section, or what, but here goes: I'm running into a lot of muscle cramping lately. Before it used to mostly be my abs (understandable because I don't train them often enough). Now it seems to be my lats and my hams. Is there something I could be missing, or have too much of in my diet? It sucks when I'm twisting to pin one of my glutes, and I cramp up on my side or something. Thanks in advance peeps! |

You could also try magnesium. That plus potassium help me out.
