k, heres the deal.
my girlfriend wants to lean up.......in particular she'd like to lean out in the stomach and "love handles" area. frankly, i like her the way she is just fine - shes definitely not fat - 5'6' or so and maybe 130 ? and with great tone considering shes never done any exercise at all and she's 35+......anyway, shes determined to shape up, flatten her belly, etc. by spring/summer so i'm determined to help her. i can pretty much handle the exercise program design and dietary alterations but i would like some input on whether or not "supplementation" would be appropriate. from reading the other posts in this (female) section i'm leaning towards suggesting gh x 2iu pd and possibly a very light var cycle (5 mg pd x 6-8 weeks) i guess my real question is would the var be advisable in yalls opinion considering her goals are really fat loss only ? she doesnt want or need to add any muscle size really - she just wants to be a little "tighter". also, any side effects that we'd want to be aware of with low dose var ? seems i've read at least a post or 2 somewhere mentioning menstrual cycle changes.........at least one post i read mentioned increased libido (she's already got me needing an extra 1000 calories a day to keep from wasting away )thx again for the input and if u need any more info feel free to ask. spec |

If she only needs to lose a few pounds, do you really want to do all that? If anything maybe a little clen/eca at most. Just seems a little overkill to me to drop a little 'insulation.' I know I didn't really answer your question, but I just wanted to give my 2 cents.

i see ur point bro but........while i think she only needs to lose a few lbs she probably won't be happy until her belly looks like it did at 18.
as far as that goes do i really need to take a gram of test, tbol, a little deca, primo, gh, etc. to reach my goals for the summer ? maybe not but at 47 its frankly a hell of a lot easier to get in great shape in 16 weeks with gear than bust my ass for a year without i think the gh is a logical choice for not only the leaning properties but because she, like me, is no longer technically a "young" person and, like me, she'd like to postpone the visible signs of aging as long as possible. the var i'm just curious about - if it'll help her get results that she'll like faster, with little or no downside then its an option....esp since i've got a nice little var powder stash. thx for the reply

thanks for the replies.....
we'll work out the details of a program for her and some dietary alterations and probably try some gh @ 1-2 iu's - as much for the other benefits as for the fat loss.

have you tried clen and t4 yet? my gf's been begging me to let her use it, and i am finally giving in, but only if she trains and diets hardcore like me, and she pays attention to all aspects of her health. i am going to keep her in line with everything.. i have put other girls that i used to train on this regimen, the ones i knew were serious about getting in shape, and i got awesome results. i dunno, even I haven't used peptides yet, and I don't want to especially recommend them to females, bc of potential growth effects of inactive cancer cells, benign tumors, and such.
