Please help us get this information into the hands of as many people as possible by forwarding it to your entire email list of family and friends. Homosexuals working to get Marine general punished for comments calling homosexual act immoral Urgent Action Needed Now! Dear Turtle, Homosexual activists want Marine General Peter Pace forced out of the service because he called sex between two homosexuals immoral. Exactly what did General Pace say which upset the homosexual leaders? "I believe homosexual acts between two individuals are immoral and that we should not condone immoral acts. I do not believe the United States is well served by a policy that says it is OK to be immoral in any way. "I would not want acceptance of overt homosexual behavior to be our policy, just like I would not want it to be our policy that if we were to find out that so-and-so was sleeping with somebody else's wife, that we would just look the other way, which we do not. We prosecute that kind of immoral behavior" Homosexual leaders said that General Pace's comments were "insulting and offensive to the men and women who are serving in the military honorably." Homosexual groups are putting tremendous pressure on Congressmen and Senators and President Bush to punish General Pace. The liberal media is strongly supporting the homosexual efforts. They have already forced him to back down a step. Also, read what the Human Rights Campaign says. Presently the military operates on a "don't ask, don't tell" policy. The homosexual activists want the military to approve their immoral behavior. Take a stand for our troops who cannot get involved in this political situation! Take Action * Send an email to President Bush, who is the commander-in-chief of our armed forces. Ask President Bush to praise General Pace for upholding military law. * Please forward this to your friends and family and ask them to send an email to President Bush. Urgent: Send Your Email To President Bush If you think our efforts are worthy, would you please support us with a small gift? Thank you for caring enough to get involved. Sincerely, Donald E. Wildmon, Founder and Chairman American Family Association P.S. Please forward this e-mail message to your family and friends! |

Turtle, looks like this report was correct. Right after General Pace "resigned" last week, this rumor began floating around again. It's a sad day in this country when someone voices their opinion about something that they personally find to be wrong, and they lose their job for it because they "offended" some group of queers out in San Fran-sicko! It was not like Pace was just shooting off at the mouth, this is something that directly pertained to his profession and his personal belief on the subject. People cannot separate their personal convictions from the decisions they make. Your beliefs are what cause you to make the choices you make. People want everything in this country to be exclusively independent of any moral/faith-based opinions or beliefs. The homosexuals can cram their garbage down our throats through the media, network television, the internet and we are supposed to just lie down and take it, no pun intended. We are expected to be tolerant of any and all behavior no matter how immoral it may seem to some of us. But if we happen to say, "you know what? I don't particularly agree with this lifestyle or this line of thinking," then that makes you a bigot, a homophobe, intollerant, and judgemental. At what point did having a personal conviction or opinion make you judgemental? It's called individualism. It's what makes this country great! Yet they can say whatever they want to about the majority of Americans and it's perfectly okay.
Sorry for the rant. I feel better.
