healthy oatcakes
1c oatbran (can use oats, just grind em) 6 eggwhites 2tb almond milk cinnamon 1packet splenda mix together to form batter. Cook in pan, use pam or spray butter...cook as you would normal pancakes. You can add protein powder to recipe to up protein content, ou may just need to add a little water or more almond milk. Cook till done..tp with sugarfree syrup or whatever you choose |
