I am in week 7 of my cycle and I am in week five of DC training. Since January 22, 2007 I have added .8 inches to my arms and 2 inches to my chest. Quads and calves are also a little bit bigger too.
DC training is absolutely amazing and I am making awesome progress with that program. My goals are not to get huge like some of you. I am currently at 187 and will probably go up to around 195 before I adjust my food intake in order to lose whatever fat I have gained. I may not look like much but I am very upper body muscular for me. If you recall I was an ultradistance triathlete and runner for about 10 years so I have never had this much muscle on my upper body before. I could have got this way naturally I know, but I am almost 36 and for the last two years I was slipping slowly into Andropause. My test levels were found to be very below normal levels so I started using gear. It's also true that I could have just used Test alone, but what fun would that be? I like building my own stacks and seeing what they do to my body. Fortunately my gear related sides are very minor compared to a lot of people. I initially started this cycle like this: Wks 1-4 Test E 500mg/wk (although I frontloaded) Wks 1-4 Var 50mg/ED A-Dex .25mg/ED A couple of weeks ago I changed to: Prop 75mg/ED Tren A 75mg/ED NPP 50mg/ED Winny 50mg/ED A-Dex .25mg/ED Igf 60mcg PWO M-W-F Let me tell you, this stack is totally amazing. My strength and size jumped incredibly and I feel really, really good. I have consumed no more than 3500 calories or 275 grams of protein in any one day and I am still doing 4+ hours of cardio per week. I have a handheld BIA BF analyzer but it's only accurate to +/- 2% and I knew this before I bought it. I was more interested in seeing the trend of bf addition or subraction to my body as compared to an absolute number. It currently reads my bf% to be 15.9%, do you agree with that? You are way leaner than 16%! I'd say around 10-11%. Keep up the good work!

I personally think you are lower than 16% I would say around 12% give or take

definately lower than 16% abs start coming through anywhere from 12 to 10% so would say 11 12ish

i would say 10-12% also....maybe as low as 9% but depends on how lean your legs are.

I measured myself with calipers this morning and I got readings from 10-12%.

You fat son of a bitch, lol.. Just kidding dude. I'd say pretty close to 10% BF.. If you destroy the chest, delts and arms dude you'll be a monster in no time at all.
