Hello ABB,
Be gentle, as of now I am done my PCT. An 8 month cycle that took me from 210lbs to 245lbs. After several injuries which I still endure, I have managed to hit it hard and profitable still. I am now 2 months after cycle and I have been dieting over the last 3 months to get rid of the water. The pictures are from 1 week ago, and I am 220-225 and it stays steady. I am starting an incredible 8 weeker this coming up Monday. I plan on hitting 250lbs this time with NO DOUBT, and then make this bitch tight at 235lbs. Consitency and small but strong steps while gaining weight. Comments are welcomed and appreciated ![]() b2J

I have always been around 12% BF, and never below 10% even when I go crazy on my diet and up the cardio-lower the weight higher the rep. I have been playing a lot with my diet over the last few months and it has made a drastic positive change on my physique. Need2lift I am 5'-10". You should see the weight this babies are lifting on leg days...my leg workout is hot damn, if you excuse my language lol This year is going to benchmark for me, I know it. There are two current injuries that are hindering my training: -rotator cuff at the back left shoulder -upper right ham string (incredible how this one happened lol) I am working with a massage therapist for both, and I have done A.R.T. for the shoulder successfully. Supplement such as the omega 3 oil, msn, and glocuse have helped me tremendously also. Thank you for the comments once again! B2J

Looking good lookin like you are 4-5 weeks out, and def your quads have nice seperation. Maybe one day I can get that much seperation...

This year I was thinking of doing a show, and I know that IF I decide to do one, I would go for gold (of course). But in between all of this, my objective is different and I truly do not have the time to dedicate to preparing for a competition...specially because I would be in the heavy weight, and would have to drop to around 205.....HOT DAMN I will feel like a 120lbs long distance runner, or some guy from Somalia at that weight lmao thank you again all. I started an 8 weeker just 2 days ago, this is going to add tremendous size to me! B2J
