Who's tried them? What do you think about them? I got some great size gains in my calves from them back in college....don't have time or a place to use them anymore though.

I used them in college ball. When I first used them I couldn't walk for a week. Had to ease in the workouts. They stress your calves more than you could normally. I consider them superplyos. They f*@%ing rock for any kind of agility sport, side-side, stop-go, acceleration, jumping. I don't know about overall size, but they make your calves dense and hard.
