What Multi Do you use?

Here is a couple of multis that i have tryed in the past , and what i thought about them, please give your input on others good or bad.

Animal Pak

Pros The pak is good, i can feel the ginsing in this forsure. Good rush

ConsThe pak is 11 pills(half a severing, a full is 22 Pills) and for some its just to many.. I say man up its worth it.

AST Multi Pro 32X

Pros Its 2 pills a day, Cost is cheap around $13.00 for 120.

Cons Its got enough Iron in it to Kill a small Deer, Some say To much iron could be bad. No real engery boost from this multi.

NOW Adam

Pros This thing gave me some good engery throught the day, Piss looked like apple juice even at 1 gallon of water a day, somthings in it! Has ZMA in it. 2 pills a day.

Cons Low dose on ZMA, Lots of other crap you dont need in it.

I've been using Natures Best Mega100 lately. Its a timed release, one a day horse pill but keeps my pee neon yellow all day long....great vitamin at a great price.

I use Vitamin Shoppes mens multi vitamin,2 pills a day with the neon urine to go with it!I was using the Centrum which wasnt bad.

I know...I know...GNC ...Overpriced shit...but hey, its a good vitamin. Been taking it for years. Thier tabs are timed released, has lots of b-vitamins (which make your pee neon yellow) and has a male support formula.
