Default Mannip23 transformation

Alright don't make to much fun of me. The before pic is three years old I actually had another 20 pounds of pure fat on me when I started. The after pic is after a year of tranning and is three months old. I am 21 years old 6'2 205 11.6% BF according to a caliper skinfold body fat test. I was 285 with no muscle just 15 months ago. I could not have done it with out yalls advice and tips.

great job bro.....what was your cycle for the past 15 months to lose all that weight?

Well to back up a little, I was always a really good athlete. Beleive it or not when I was in 9th grade I was on the state championship cross country team. My life took a turn for a worst after putting on pounds of fat at an alarming weight mainly due to alchoolism and addiction. I endend up going to a three month treatment center in OCT 05 (been sober since) in which we went to the YMCA five times a week. I soon found weight training was the escape I had been looking for all these years. I never loss my running skills though. Can you imagine a 285 pound fat ass running on a treadmill at 7.5 mph for 45 minutes lol. So after I got out I was able to get my diet the way it should be, and everything came together. The big mistake I made in the begining was training each muscle twice a week. I do best going heavy and hard 12-15 sets and leaving it alone for a week. My routine is this
Sun Chest
Tues Arms
Thu Back, Shoulders, Traps
Fri legs
Intense Cardio six days a week for an hour. Usually its 4 miles at 7.5mph and doing an intense level on a stair stepper for 20minutes. Somehow I made huge gains with all this Cardio.
I plan on getting under 10% by the end of Summer so I can bulk. Kind of lean bulking for a while lol.....Great board BTW

Great work man!!! I bet it feels good don't it!! You came along way. Way to turn your life around!! Keep at it and that single digit body fat is just around the corner

Great workout regimen.....but were you natural during all this? if not, what was your cycle like?

No I was not. ...I know it would have been better in the long run to wait a few years, but I chose not to.
Weeks 1-4 75mg prop
weeks 1-14 350 mg Test E
Weeks 1-14 450mgs EQ
and of course PCT
Been off since November and kept everything plus some. I want to do a 8-10 week Prop/Tren/Mass combo starting in May

good first cycle....so many guys do too big of dosages their first time.

I would not do Tren and Masteron for your second cycle though, save that for 3rd or 4th.

Next cycle i would try a Test Blend, a Nandrolone, and Dbol or Turinabol.....or if you're going for more of a cutter try Test, Nandrolone Phenylprop or Undecanoate, and Winstrol.
