So of course I know how much Whey I'm taking in.
2 - 2.5 scoops. Also putting 1/2 cup of oats in. Easy to measure. But for the WMS (Kwik Karb by NutraPlanet) and the Dextrose? How can I measure them out? I have scoopers of 18cc, 60cc, 70cc, 80cc. Which should I use and how many scoops? Last edited by Scheizekopf : 02-11-2007 at 02:48 AM. |

If you are going to use the scoopers you've got-which are marked in volume (cc=cubic centimetres) you need to measure and weigh your ingredients first (after taring the weight of the scoop) to obtain density in grams.
Everthing is then measured in grams-or just use the pre measured scoop. You didn't mention if your bulking etc in your post. Generally speaking, PWO shakes are based on goals and body weight. Dextrose is great for replenishing muscle glycogen PWO and shuttling AA's to muscles. Just be careful to not ingest too many fats (if any) with your PWO shake, as those will get ingested, and deposited, as well. Shoot me a PM if you need more info-I can't really go into detail now and gotta go. R |
