gyno from tren/sust cycle???

only 2 weeks into cycle of:

750mg sust per week
75mg tren acetate eod.

and i have a lump behind each nipple, which really pisses me off as my gyno from a previous cycle had been reversed.

anyways i've started on the nolva straight away, will run 40mgs for a week and see how it is.

should i start on the arimidex, and any idea whats causing the gyno, will it be the progesterone from the tren?? and if so should i fuck the tren off??

any help appreciated.

Letro works well for me when on tren and test or deca and test.

It's hard to say what's causing the gyno, it could be estrogen build-up from the Sust or Progesterin from the Tren. If the Nolva doesn't help then it's probably caused from the Tren in which case you should take something like Cabergoline but I can't suggest a dosage because I have never needed or used it.

I never have gyno on test alone, but add some tren and I'll get a lump under my left nipple every time. I've tried nolva alone, and I've tried Cabergoline-neither did shit for it. However, Letro @ .25mg per day keeps it under control every time for me.
