Hey, wanted my first post to be here. My name is Odin, and after doing a bunch of reading, decided to join here. I am a member of some forums, though not of this type. I am mainly just here for info, trying to get bigger, and stay that way. There was a time (ending in 04 LOL), where I was a decent size, but I let myself go downhill. I am just getting back into shape, although, I mean I am a normal guy LOL, I am no where near some of you guys. I am like 5'6" (dont laugh), and 180. I am 28, umm, I am having another baby soon, my girl friend will pop late in March. I already have 1 daughter, so a boy is what I was after. OK I dont know if that is too much info, or not enough, or whatever, so I just want to say hi, and I am here.

I am not too impressed with my height. The only good thing, is that I can be a stocky 180, where my friends are stickmen at that weight. LOL I have a goal to be a solid 185 at years end. Size is important to me, but I want strength, and to lose almost all of my fat. Last spring and summer, I was heavy with cardio, running, everything, and I felt really good. Then this winter, I quit all that again, so I have gotten fatter again. (My weight doesnt really change, I just get fat, then skinny, then fat again). Again thanks for the kind welcome, I am just doing alot of reading. I am trying to answer my questions, without starting a thousand threads, ![]() |

Welcome! Don't worry about the lack of height - there's nothing you can do about it. A guy 6'5" will still be 6'5" whether he works out 7 days a week or sits on his ass watching TV and eating potato chips 7 days a week! Focus on what you can change - the size of your muscles!
