What do you guys think is the best medication for sleep? here's just an example of a few to choose from....or list your own:


Xanax
Valium
Zopliclone
Ambien
Ambien CR
Lunesta

I've tried both of the Ambiens and have taken up to 10mg of the regular and I don't know if it's me or what but they don't have the effect on me that they do on most people.

I have taken them and still laid awake in bed for up to two hours.

Maybe I should take 20mg?

I have used ambien, and lunesta they both make me groggy as I was having insommnia due to Tren, and a good guy on here hooked a bro up with some extras. For me all the sleep meds and even melatonin make me groggy when i dedicate the 8 hours needed for sleep. Also I am not a small guy I compete at 207 but get up to 230-240lbs so thats just to give you a weight guage...

I just went to see my doc this afternoon because my sleep is all jacked up right now thanks to the var I am taking.

So he gave me Ambien CR 6.25 mg and I will be taking my first one tonight. I have had xanax and valium prescribed to me before and while they certainly work it sucks coming off of them for good because your body gets physically addicted to them..that's why I hate long-term benzo use.

I have really good insurance and my 30 day prescription of Ambien CR cost me $50 at Walgreens. Without insurance it would have been $116.99!!!!

Expensive shit. I better have blow job dream after blow job dream tonight!

Honestly if I need actual sleep meds Xanax is the best IMO, I never feel bad the next day, and I go right to sleep.

I took my first Ambien CR last night and I slept very, very well and was not groggy at all when I got up at 4:50 to go workout. I had some very happy, pleasant dreams too but I can't remember what they were about.
