Thumbs down forgot about pct .
that's rite dumb ass me. forgot to research about pct.just started a 8 week cycle of dbol ,deca ,and sus-250. any body care to explain a simple pct plan i might think about.thanks.big jim also was this good choce first time user.

Here's a real effective simple PCT and it only involves one drug, Nolvadex.

Week 1-2 Nolva 40mg/ED
Week 3-4 Nolva 30mg/ED
Week 5-6 Nolva 20mg/ED

How's that?
