So yesterday when I fin my chest stretch(flat bench w/ dumbells held in a fly position) as I was sitting up I felt sorta like a rip on my lower left side abs.
didnt really feel any pain though This morning or even now if I sorta arch my back and stretch I can feel alittle pain in the area..not much Has anyone had this? I'm thinking it will heal on its own |

I have similar problem.I just let it rest for a while.When I return to work out,I make sure I am really warmed up, especially the injured area, for me it is inner thigh,before working out. Of course, it still much better to have a doctor to diagnose the real problem.

Sounds like a muscle pull....give it a few days

Opps I should have updated, but yes I guess it was nothing major as it did go away after a few days
