Make a tuna salad. A REAL tuna salid with real tuna, not that crap out of the can. Make a salad with fruit in it, I like oranges in mine and grill the tuna and fill that mofo up with some red wine vinagret.
If you want an exact step by step let me know and I will have my wife explain it to you on AIM.

In the winter when I can't grill my fish here's my salmon recipe:
Salmon fillet no skin (Costco/Meijer has 1 & 2lbs already skinned an filleted) Chop: 1/2 cup of onions and 3 cloves of garlic and set aside Season both sides of salmon with the following: Salt/pepper Cumin (Go easy a little bit goes a long way) Paprika (lightly dust the fillet) After seasoning the salmon cut in cubes 1-1/2" square. For a large salmon 2lbs you need at least a 12" skillet thats 2" deep with a cover. Add 5 tbsp or so of olive oil to your pan and heat, sauté your garlic and onion for 1-2mins then put the cubed salmon in. Cook 3-4 min on one side turn the pieces over an cover the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes more or till done. (you don't have to cover the pan but it helps in keeping the heat and moisture in) I refrigerate and throw it in my lunch cold all week. I think that's about as simple as it gets, I hope!

Flank steak lite terayki sauce oregano basil thyme rosemary little bit of flax oil, or cap tri, or canola mix all ingredients in a ziploc bag(minus steak), shake till blended. Add steak, best to marinate over night, then grill....super yummy! Meatloaf 1lb ground beef or gr turkey 3 egg whites 1/4 - 1/2c oats sea salt pepper garlic onion powder mix all ingred. in a bowl, I use fork. Form into a loaf. bake 350 for 30-40min depending on your oven. You can top with nonfat turkey gravy while cooking or low sodium tomato sauce..both are good. I have tons more... |
