Default couple of me last fall
I had been lifting off and on for several yrs again after a long time off and stopped, then thought i'd loose some unwanted BF with Merida and Low cal diet...i ended up stipping away alot of muscle without any weight training and here is the results. I was about 175-180 here and this was June 6th or something like that of last year 05'


I was about 215-220 in these pics which were August and september of 05' 6ft BF% unknown

I was 175-180 in June of 05'

I agree, nice frame you have there but the real inspiration is the conversion from the before pic. No one will laugh you off the board bro. I used to be 6'0 160 lbs in high school. Daaaaayumm right?? Now I am the same height and 225lbs.. Big difference huh?? If I had a high school pic of me I'd post it.. As a matter of fact I think I do, when I get home from work tonight I'll find it and post for you guys to laugh at..
