Default Diet

OK i am going to try to cut my cals down to 2500 Here is how i plan to do it. My object is to cut down to 230 wit a 7% bf. I am currently 6'1 235 with a 13% bf.

I plan to run:
weeks1-20-900mg test-e
weeks1-20-900mg eq
weeks1-4-100mg prop m,w,f
weeks1-4-50mg anavar
weeks14-20-50mg anavar

Diet will consist of:

Meal1
9 eggwhites-45g protein,270 calories

meal2
One cup of rice,1 buffalo burger-45g carbs 496 calories 43 grams protein,

meal3
46g protein optimum whey shake-210 calories

Meal4
strawberry myoplex-42g protein,24 grams carbs,280 calories

meal5
1 buffalo burger(43 grams protein,280 calories)

meal6 (snack)
1 scoop chocolate muscle milk(174 calories,6 grams carbs,14g protein)

meal7
46 grams cassein before bed,220 calories,6g carbs

Total:281g protein, 91g carbs,1930 calories

Bro, get rid of the buffalo burger junk. Take a 12 oz chicken breast and 1 cup of brown rice. Every time you have a protein shake take 2 tbsp of all natural peanut butter. For your morning meal I really think you are going to have troubles eating 9 egg whites every single morning. Just take 4 and eat about a 1 1/2 cup of old fashioned oatmeal.

Everyone's body is different though so, these are just some suggestions.

i eat 12 egg whites right now and buffalo burger is not lean enough?

I dig buffalo... just a little expensive.

You might want to save the last round of anavar for weeks 20-26 rather than 14-20. That EQ and Test E will be in your system for a while. Especially at those doses and that duration. What is your PCT plan? If your run the cycle as planned you won't need to start pct for about 3-4 weeks, maybe more, after you last test and eq injection. This is why I recomend the anavar here. It will keep you going a little while the test and eq taper out.

You could also run prop at the end. MH.02

i run hcg the weeks i am off and stop 24 hours before Nolva and clomid treatment then u run

day1-300mg clomid,120mg nolva
day2-14-100mg clomid,40mg nolva
day15-29-50mg clomid,20mg nolva

BUffalo burgers are cheap i get 4 burgers from trader joes for $5

I hate the buffalo burgers. I would much rather eat chicken breasts, but, like I said above that's just me..

To be honest i dont think your eating enough not too much!
if your on cycle for 5 months you should be able to eat 4k per day and with a small bit of cardio and heavy training you should easly drop the fat.

Are you going to be able to live on less then 100 grams of carbs for that entire time? If so....u DA MAN!

You have the calorie total at 1930, bro for someone your size and with that little carbs...I hope you don't plan on working out that hard. This seems to me like a possible waste of gear. On the surface it looks like something of a cutting cycle but it's really long and also underfed. Why not eat at maintenance until the last 4-6 weeks, then dial in this diet and up the cardio. You should lean out just fine IMO.

I, personally, have no problems with Buffalo meat because it's very, very lean. So that's up to you. If it tastes good to you, then so be it.

I agree.

you have extremely low carbs and no fat. you can't take away both. you'll run out of energy withint the first week.

If you're dead set on low carbs, ad fat to your protein only meals, and fat to your last meal before bed. and up your calories to at least 2500 - 2700. 2800 would be better, and you'd still be in a caloric deficit.

ok if i add 2 buffalo burger that puts my calories at 2500. Now as far as fat goes i will use flax then. That will work right?
