I think this is maybe in the wrong section. please move it if it is.
4 weeks ago i blew my lower back muscle out doing deadlifts. well at first it was just a really painfull back i had. when the muscle itself started to heal the nerve started really hurting me. it is the sciatic nerve and ive been told its sciatica that i have. this is totally killing me , the pain is constant all day. i cant sit down properly.i cant sleep right. and the main issue is that i cant bloody well train my lower body. im living on tramadol and other stronger painkillers. ive not been to a doctor as i believe they will just give me more pain meds. i dont like taking pain meds while on trenbolone for liver issues. what can i do to cure this. ive been recomended going to a physio. hope you guys can help me out here |

i had a sciatic issue before and the doc sent me to physical therapy. electric shock and an ultrasonic bath, followed by a deep muscle massage. i was good to go after 2-3 weeks twice a week, but i kept going back cus my therapist was a hottie, and she liked all the muscles... all of them

Hey bro , sorry to hear about your back injury , I can relate to them . I have had so many back injury's I am surprised I can walk .
I think from what your saying is correct , I believe its your physiatic nerve being pinched by your vertabre from having a bulged disk ( hurniated ) That can happen just by lifting the wrong way and the disc ( which is soft not hard like lots of people think ) having no place to go except to bulge out ward. Try basic stretching likne lying on your back , pull your knees to your chest , then hold your knees up with your feet on the floor then SLOWLY pull both knees side to side together keeping your shoulders flat . Also try hip flexor stretches , Having tight hip flexors can creat back issues also becouse they pull your hips forward making your Lumbar area in your back to be positioned wrong , which leads to pysiatic nerve issues If you dont want to see a Dr , try a physiotherepist or a Chiropractor But I recomend seing your Dr . Just tell him you dont want pain meds but want to know whats going on . Get well soon bro Drifter |

i had the same thing, i lived with it for three years, my wife had to put my socks on for me, once i was stuck on the floor for two hours, i couldn't get past the pushup position, i would try but after a few minutes my arms would give out and i would be back on my face again. that was the last straw, i went to phsio and the electo just made it worse, chiropracter helped alot but what really did it was an anti inflamitory called bextra. once the inflamation was gone it was just a matter of going to the chiropractor to loosen the joint pinching the nerve. bextra saved my life bro. i highly reccomend a anti inflamitory. i have been good for two years now. still have some pills just in case. but i hope i never need them again.

Sorry to hear that bro..... Unfortunately, there isn't much a Doc can do for you besides pain meds or surgery.... Either choice isn't great IMO.... Physical Therapy can help alot, but I think you need to get an MRI to see what exactly the problem is...... It's very easy to call lower back pain Sciatica, but you need to know for sure..... Once you know exactly what it is, you can decide what the best option is, and take it from there..... I'm not a big fan of Chiroprators myself, but they do seem to help many people.... Maybe that's an option too? Good luck man, and I hope you find out what's going on....

In addition to PT, Tramadol (not to exceed 400 mg/day), I would get an MRI of the Lumbar, Sacral discs. There certainly sounds like it is an impingment. If you were to press on the lateral side of the knee of the affected leg you should get a painful surge up your leg. This is positive for impingment. Rather it is just a nerve root that is involved or a disc bulging you might benefit from epidural injections of steroids to take the imflammation down. It is localized and not systemic therefore not a concern for the liver.
