I do a lot of box squats with bands and chains,changing strength bands every third week working up to a 1rep max. I have allways had good speed coming out of the hole, lately i am slowly grinding my squats up. I wonder if i may just be overtraining. My training cycles usually last from 10-12 weeks. I do 2rep sets adding weight each set until failure,trying to set a p.r.each week. Assistance work follows-backattack-leg presses or goodmornings and adominals.
