I was doing legs today and was on the power squat. Today was high reps day so I figured I wold have no problem with doing this movement with my feet together. I alternate feet together, moderate stance and wide depending on the day and what my routine calls for and I've been doing this for quite some time with great results. But something happened today; As I unracked the weight for my final set and began my squat I felt my left nut do something funky and kind of rotate and move upward
Now, I know your balls can't actually go in to your stomach but damned if that wasn't EXACTLY what it felt like!! I think I'll be avoiding that stance for a while.Peace and good health to y'all M2M

Lol, Bro, Ouch. I remember pinching my nads with a chain belt with a couple 45's on it. Chain pinched me so hard when I tried doing dips I though I was going to cry!
