my arms used to look big on me. everyone told me my arms looked huge on me. but lately, since Ive been focusing on strength, my shoudlers/chest and back have been blowing up. and all of a sudden, its making my arms look small. I need to try something new for arms
here is my split back chest legs arms (bi/tri) shoulders/traps I normally do barbell curls with various grips, ez bar curls with various grips, 21's, concentration curls, hammer curl. I usually pick 2, maybe 3 of those and do 6-9 sets total.

my split was the exact same as yours, but i change it up every 8 weeks or so. now its something lke this
back/bi's legs sholders/traps/forearms chest/tri's try mixing it up a little, it usually helps while in a rut onthecumup |

I have the exact same split as onthecumup...worked wonders for my arms. I have always had shitty arms...key to big arms is big triceps. I concentrated more on my tris and aquired more growth that way.
