I was doing dual bodyparts a day with every 4th day off.
Now I'm gonna go back to single: M- Back T- Chest W - Quads T - off TR - Bi F - Tri S - Hams SUN - off Repeat...just for 8 weeks. I usually bulk better doing this as opposed to when I slim down I do better when I'm doing dual bps. |

Cardio 4x a week as usual and abs on off days of course. I will be clean bulking.
Hitting 3 excersizes per muscle 3 sets. |

Nope, everything is pretty much up to par but I wanted to give it a 4th day rest as that is what I'm used to.

I did some lat pulls, some rack deads and seated rows yesterday as it was my first day training diffrently. Hmmm - good stuff. Nice and sore this morning.
Today is chest. |

In reality it looks like a Pull/Push/Leg training order...There are many ays it can be ordered and this looks to be one... I dont know if you meant it but thats pretty much what it is...
