Default throwin a few out there
well i decided that I would throw a few pics up, mostly for progress purposes, I can come back later and compare.... but anyway, heres my deal.
back in early feb. or so I tore and dislocated my shoulder when one of the bros i trained MMA with decided it would be a good idea to hughes slam my ass into the mat.. Tried to get back to the gym a few times, but just kept re-injuring myself untill about 7 weeks ago i was able to go back in everyday and actually lift weight... Lost some size, but a TON of strength, feels like im starting from scratch... I dont like posting pics, b/c being admin of a board Im my worst critic and hold myself to high standards, but in thinking about it, I decided "fuck it" im not in the game to compete as a bodybuilder, im in to help with my MMA (which I dont plan on taking to the competition level either) so y the hell not...
I plan on getting a few tattoos soon, so If I dont post now, I prolly wont be able to

traps shots for now...

Considering the injury situation you still look pretty damn big, the funny thing is it looks like a cell-phone w/ huge freakin traps...hahhaha, but seriously-those are some large traps, and I like your 'security' measure on the second photo.
