It's all over the news, he was stopped for drunk driving and when the police were arresting him he was yelling shit about the jews, now every jewish person and group are complaining about his anti-semitic remarks.

i just want to know where does it say that you can't voice your opinion about any one person or group of people? i feel that you can say anything you want, if you hate or dislike them thats your right, as long as your hatred does not turn into you commiting acts of violence or other types of assualts and them or their property.

one of my questions is why do the jewish people feel that they have some kind of special right against people making these evil anit-semetic remarks? its like if someone talks bad about the jews they act as if its the worst imaginable sin ever commited.

If Black people were brought here on the same terms as white people were from the beginning, I guarantee their situation would be different. There has never been equalilty all throughout history and there have always been slaves even to this very day. Why people don't get over it is beyond me and is what stems this whole conversation in the first place. And just as an FYI the Arabs were the primary slave traders in the world and are the ones who captured and sold slaves to the english. They continued that trade all the way up to the civil war.

You're exactly right. There has never been equality and that is why there isn't now. But, you can't just generalize about races and say they are this or that. Because Mel Gibson is a celebrity, the freedom of speech thing can't apply to him completely because if something is not done to him it will cause mass hysteria, riots, and violent crimes because people look up to Mel because he's a rich movie star.

Anyway, notice Mel might be looking at some jail time for the drunk driving offense...but when it comes to his remark, maybe he'll have to pay a fine or something....kinda like when a professional baseball player fails a piss test. I knew this post would stir some feelings, but thats good people need to openly discuss such issues that confront our society. I'm not condoning the slavery or hollocaust, but they've both been over and done long ago. No one needs remind me of white trash, i have no use for trash of any color, but i don't see the white trash running around blaming everyone else for how fucked up they are.

Let me see, there are over 80 murders in the city i live in right now, that comes out to what, over 10 per month, and i'm sorry to say take a wild guess of the race of the majority of victims and the ones that commited the crime? of course no one wants to take responsibility for these actions, no its always the other peoples fault.
