Default Women and Anti-E?

Has anyone tried using a small amount of anti-estrogen to help w/ lower body fat? When I compete I am always so pleased with how my upper body comes in but my legs just never come in as conditioned. Not even the butt, it's so frustrating, it's just thighs. I know this is somewhat common but I feel like I always look unproportionate. Suggestions?

I feel the same way. Actually I think my thighs are the only thing on my body that is toned and looks good. lol I only have a little bit of baby fat left to lose and that is so hard being on my stomach and the only place that I even need to lose anything. I have that stuff now but never used it. I would like to get toned up top too so I wonder if i should use it and if so how much and how often?

I would think for figure you would want to stay away from proviron and just run something like nolvadex. Proviron will increase DHT too much.

Nolvadex will help pull the water out, Im not too sure about getting rid of bodyfat. My chick competes in figure, and she had some concerns.. Upper body looked fantastic, but the legs in the past tended to be a little bit on the flat side, and were always holding water. Nolvadex does the trick.. 20mg/ed.

Your BF% has to already be fairly low for Nolvadex alone to really make a profound difference in lower body fat loss. Adding Proviron to the mix does make a difference. Proviron will help pull the water out and harden muscle tissue, giving you a harder more cut look at the end of your contest prep, mind you if your diet and training are all in check. Diet being the most important of them all. Any Anti-e should be taken for short periods only and with proviron You should watch for virilizing effects. Remember that they do interfere with you Birth control pill as well!!
If you had no luck with using this stack, more than likely your BF% was higher than you thought, the dosage wasn't right or your diet/cardio needs adjusting.

Also important for ladies to remember that Adex works great for combating abdominal BF gains while on test, but it should only be ran for short periods, just as Nolva, and Proviron should. It will eat away at your bones and speed up the onset of osteoporosis. Adex, just like Letro, long term use can and will cause joint pain. So treat these things with the same respect you would any other AAS.

Stay Strong~~!!!
