I've been busting my ass since January to do this stupid show in June to find out now a month or so before the show that they will NOT be doing it anymore and it will be moved to the end of the summer. It was supposed to be June 3rd. I'm upset but happy that either way I am in the shape that I'm in. I got the terrible news today.
So what do you all think I should do from this point on? I am a pretty big ass head start. LOL Start bulking again or what? I went from 250 to 212lbs(current) I was gonna do the show at 205lbs. Please give me some ideas, suggestions, and/or thoughts. |

so that puts you what? 16 weeks out at this point? sounds like an opportunity for 10 weeks of bulking and 6 weeks of cutting.

that sucks man. I've never competed but i'd just strive to add a few more lbs without out getting to heavy, if thats possible! LOL
