I don't pay for anything on there. If its not in thier database, that's another company's ad that says they'll get you the info for 15bucks.

how come no matter what I do, it always goes to that site that charges the $15? I even put in my phone number and it was gonna charge me. maybe im not using it right

When you open the screen there is three different places to enter a #. Try the number in each one and you should have the info. Cell phone owners info won't be listed though, only landlines.
