Ok this is really starting to tick me off. When I log in here I start cruising around but everytime I try to reply to something, or start a new thread or even view a new post I am prompted to log in again. It's not my computer because it does it both here and at work.. Any suggestions or is it maybe an error on the website??

its not the website. if you're behind a dynamic proxy that jumps from proxy IP to proxy IP every so many minutes thats probably whats doing it.

try clearing your cookies.

It doesn't matter if I am away for a while or not it can be back to back. It doesn't happen all the time but quite a few times. Pretty damn annoying and I have cleared my cookies..

It's probably a security measure that Quasi put in place to prevent hackers from brute force hacking the database. I'll ask him about it.

Okay this is really starting to perterb me.. Can someone recommend a way for me to log onto this website through say a proxy of some sort so that I don't have to continually login. I am not even able to post because I have to login every damn second I click on something. Someone has to know enough about computers to help me out. It only happens when I am here at work.

I have noticed that when you leave the site or log off, it automatically clears your cookies from this site and where you been. It looks like a built in security feature, where you have to log on everytime. Kinda smart if you think your CPU was seized, Not sure if it was meant that way, or if I am correct in my thinking.

I don't know what the deal is but when I am at work I have to sign in every damn time I want to view a new page or post and sometimes it will make me sign in like three times in a row just to post something. Very nerve racking.

I think Quasi did that on purpose.

Tigger, look me up on AIM and i'll send you a good proxy program. Don't think it will change anything though....i doubt it has anything to do with your IP address. I bet it has to do with how your network is setup at your office.
