I know when refering to HGH its whatever works best for each person is the best plan..but I have been doing alot of reading and there are many protocals.

7/1
4/1
3/1

Lets hear some feedback on all these....there are many things to consider, and we will talk about those after a few ideas have been tossed out

I've tried it ED, and 5/2..so far 5/2 has been the best results.

twice ed 5/2 works great for me...havent done gh any other way so can't say what's best...

I agree with this and think this is how I will take mine...and this is how a child produces big spurts of GH as well...so nature cannot be wrong I feel....but hell I dunno.

I have not seen or heard or many running it this way, so don't take my word for it...but I have read a few studies where the results were good, and I know this is how kids make the majority of it, and I have read a few posts about folks taking it this way...its worth trying....the body will not get burned out as quick I feel.

As for me, I take 6iu's a day, ED! But i do take a day off every once in awhile when my hands are really bothering me. This morning, i woke up b/c they were hurting my something terrible and they were both dead asleep. I then decided that perhaps i would take a day or two off, lol. Damn, this generic GH is some potent Shiat! I love it!
