These were taken today. I am 175 lbs, I have NO clue as to my BF%- never, ever had it done (let's just say it's high..lol..)
Stats chest 36.5" Bicep 13 waist 34 quad 26 calf 18 Will be competing nov 25th. Diet to officially start on July 24th!! I've been eating clean for awhile now trying to get in shape to start..lol.. Anyway, here I am. Not the most flattering of pics, but hey, it'll get better And yes, I need to work on my posing!Last edited by irongirl : 11-02-2006 at 03:43 AM. |

I see that you have a lot of muscle, I assume you are competing in bbing, what weight class?
You definitley have good genetics when it comes to upper legs, and calves.

NO!!!! Don't lose those legs, they are great
. Just keep focusing on the upper body. A.) Legs like that on a women are sexy. B.) I could never see a reason for losing muscle. Just keep trying to bring your other areas into symmetry.

very good frame hun your legs are amazing.....diet i say just start with cardio about 3-4 times aweeks about 30-40 min and just eat clean for the first two months.........
looking good. |

Ohhh yes, diet and cardio and you will be set ... Dont get frustrated , just think about how great you look .... ( I know about the diet and cardio issue ..hi hi hi )

No worries, I won't lose the legs..lol.. I just need to get them leaner, which is very difficult for me. That's my main focus.short1, this is the competition http://www.hwcbodybuilding.com/news.html I live in a small place, so BB women are not plentiful at all!! We had 5 women compete last year which was great! And I know that 2 of them will not be competing this year, so I may not even have competition, which is sad But, that's it! I am doing this for myself, so that's all that matters. |
