Default ABB women - Post Up!

Hey, there. I'd like all of our current ABB women of muscle to post up. We started out with only 3 a few months ago, but our ranks are growing.

I know you've already introduced yourselves to the board, but please take a moment and post in the Female section so we can get to know each other better. This is a great site, and I feel very "at home" here.

We won't censor you - so feel free to post whatever you like on ABB. Training, diet, AAS, suppliments, etc. - we're all here to learn from each other.

Ok, I'll go first!

Let's see.....40 years old , married, 2 kids (9 and 20). I am a full time nurse. Married x 12 years and got bigger and bigger after I got married until I was 193 lbs when I was pregnant with my youngest. Weighed a hefty 240 after my daughter was born. Rather than go into all the gory details..lol..I'll post this link to a story I wrote on the first BB board I was ever on
http://www.heavyweights.net/forums/t...?TOPIC_ID=9732

I competed again twice last year, but unhappy with how I looked. Will be competing again in November of this year, maybe for the last time. this year has not been good to me until recently. I had a shoulder injury and knee surgery that kept me out of the gym for quite awhile. I also had some personal issues to deal with. But, I am back now and planning on kicking some ass

I have been natural since I have started, but I do plan on trying Anavar this year. I have problems with my lower body- I have huge quads and calves- a genetic curse. It's very difficult for me to lean out and be hard. So hopefully the var will help. I start my contest diet 18 weeks out, on July 24th.

I have been around the BB boards for a few years now, but obviously not many of the ones you guys all frequent, cause I hardly know anyone here!! lol

I'm about as friendly as they come, I am a bit of a picture freak..lol..hope no one minds, and I'm a huge flirt!! Although I may be less of one here- too many great looking chicas!!

I look forward to getting to know everyone and hopefully I can be a productive member and contribute while I learn even more. I must say, I ike the look of this board, and a couple members have been quite nice to me since I signed on.

I am currently 175 lbs, I snapped this pic just then so you can get some idea of how I look at present. I am not bikini worthy at the moment I'm sure as I diet down I will post more pics!! Hoping to weigh in at contest time around 138-140 lbs.

Feel free to ask me anything, or comment

Hi Everyone!

It's good to be a female member on this board and be able to share my experiences and learn from others.

I have been training for 4 years (2 really serious) and I've been involved in strength competitions. I always was passionate about bodybuilding and pretty much did bench contests because, well, I was strong and thought it would be fun to win a trophy. BTW, my best bench is 300..

I'm currently at 14 1/2 weeks out before my 1st bodybuilding competition and I'm getting a little nervous about it. I have a lot of work ahead of me and at this point it's hard to tell if I'll be ready. All I can do is take it one day at a time I guess.

I'm always willing to hear suggestions from others that have been down the road I'm on. Especially when it comes to diet.. That's my HARDEST part.

I started out as a natural female, but after receiving some really great advice I've expanded my supplements.... The results I've received are great, but by no means did I train less intense. I've learned that my training has to be more intense, and my diet has to be more strict when I'm cycling. Nothing comes easy.

I plan on posting some pictures, I'm taking some at 12 weeks. So I will get them on here soon!

I also get big fast on the bottom end. I have to work really hard to keep my top 1/2 in proportion with my bottom half.

I've recently switched from heavy weight to lighter with higher reps for my bottom and legs. I'm still trying to lift heavy on top and bring up my chest. It's my weak spot.

I'm so proud of you that you've competed! It's something I've always wanted to do, but haven't. I don't have the body for figure. I would need to compete in a BB show. If I can bring up my lagging chest (and a boob job this year...yeah!!), I might compete next year.

You should keep a log in the women's training section for your competition. I'm currently keeping mine there.

I'm excited to see your pictures!! 300lb bench press is awesome. I'm all excited because I benched 115 the other day. lolol. Now I have a goal to work towards...

I'll go next.

I'm 34. 5'1", 145 lbs, 13% ish bf as of today. I started lifting weights in 2000 and have been hooked ever since.

I currently help guys on AAS with diet/nutrition/suppliments. I got into this by accident one day at the gym. A male friend of mine was complaining because he wasn't adding muscle while "on". I asked him what he was eating. Turned out he was totally clueless on how to feed himself. I got him straightened out and he packed on muscle AND lost fat at the same time. After that, he told all his juicer friends and here I am.

I'm not a certified nutritionist or trainer. I don't take money for my services, but got my yard landscaped last year in return for helping a guy with his diet.

My current project is my boyfriend, who is finally listening to me and eating right. Why is it that boyfriends/husbands are the last to take your advice? lolol.

In a couple of months, I have a photoshoot to do an ad for a local John Deere Dealership. I run heavy equipment for a living, and they found out. They want to do a femal-muscle-operator-thingy. or something. It will be sexy, but tasteful. My boyfriend is the photographer, so no worries. I'll post the pics and the ad when it comes through.

What else...Oh, yeah. I'm getting a new set of boobs this year!!!! Whooo hooo! My old ones are gone. When my body fat dropped, my boobs were the first thing to go. My ass is still holding on to it tho. dammit. lolol

I forgot to add my stats in my intro... Opps.. I'm 28, 5'6, 190 lbs and 20%bf.

I want to be at least 10% by competition time, but that requires about 35-40lbs bf loss.. Yikes...
