Well it comes as no suprise that W/U clerks fucked-up another transfer I sent out, even when I double checked with them to make sure it was done correctly, and told yes that they even checked it, 2x!
I should have checked the reciept twice, because they did not! To top that off, I had to call to have it fixed, because if I went there I would not be very nice, and when I called W/U the cunt hung-up on me, because I was calling from a different phone number then listed. It is a good thing I listed a cell I keep for occasions such as this and had the problem fixed. This is like the 5th or 6th time this has occured over time! I don't understand what is so hard about waving ID and adding test questions! WTF???

I hate using them as well,you have to constantly repeat yourself to make sure it is all correct.We all need to use Greendot!

I had the same problem a couple weeks ago when completing another transaction with a member on here. He got turned away by the cashier, and then I had to have my sender call and get it all straightened out. Every time I ask to waive the ID, they give me this stupid look, and then often proceed to fuck up the order

You provide a test question and answer so that when the receiver picks it up, they don't have to show photo ID, they just answer the question. This can only be done when sending/receiving under $1,000. I usually also verbally tell the worker "waive ID", just in case (as they have the propensity to screw it up sometimes). This is usually the safest way to complete transactions of this nature.

Always make sure you have a valid phone number you can use to call them to straighten out their fuck-ups!!!

I usually prefer using them online since there's no way (as least I hope) for them to fuck up. Unfortunately, I often send funds to a country that doesn't have WU online and have to do it in person. Once, they spelled my name wrong and I spend the entire day trying to figure out why the transfer wasn't going through.
