I was thinking today about the sayings that you hear as go through life. I thought where better to get contributions then a board. There are also those phrases "Like a day at a time". Hey these don't pertain to anything specific, just general sayings that you heard throughout life. Here;s one that I heard in the gym maybe 25 yrs ago.
Pertains to body building contest. "They say that 90% of the audience is 100% healither then the contestants
