So... I've been working out now for almost 2 years. I started in November of 2004 after I was beat the shit out of by 4 guys that had nothing better to do then start trouble. This is the only decent picture of me at 133lbs that I could find from back in the day.
Since then, I gained about 20lbs on my own very easily, then in December of '05 I did a "Phera-Plex" cycle and got about 15lbs, and now I just completed my first real cycle- Test E for 12 wks @ 600mg/wk with Dbol @ 40mg/ed for the first 4 weeks. I made the basic beginner gains - just about 30lbs and I only lost about 3-5lbs of it. OK! Enough history... Current Weight: 197lbs. Height: 6'1" Front Relaxed Front Flex Back Back Flex Right Bicep/Back I just want some brutal honesty on what I need to do... I know I need a lot more chest. I'm benching 255x8 and doing 90x12 on incline with DB's... but the size dosen't seem to be coming like the strength is. I thought they were hand-in-hand, but my body is telling me differently. My goal is to reach 220lbs by December- a gain of 87lbs in 2 years, haha. I have an 10 week Test E/Tren E/Prop/Anadrol cycle that I'm working on for mid-September I'm very excited to start that.

you have pretty good size and you look alright. IMHO, add compound exercises to your lifting routine. focus on them. deads, rows, bench, military, squats etc. You have size, but you need thickness IMO. im the opposite, I have plenty of thickness, but not enough size.

Thanks for the reply FBB, I do all those! Of course I need to quit pussing out on the deads and squats. I'll definately kill it this week though!

Keep your diet and workouts in check and you'll put the weight on you're hoping for. And good luck with your upcoming cycle. |

U look good man. You've come along way. Dont compare your self to others. Just look in the mirror and look at those old pics and just think
GOD DAMN!! I'VE COME ALONG WAY!!! Very good job Like Others have said..stick to compound movements....lookinto the 5x5 training routine, i think it will do wonders for you IF, AND THATS A BIG IF u stick to the program and the original one at that!! |

ive used the 5x5 to help me put on some size bro....i seem to gain some size but mostly strength when i use the 4x6-8 routines....use the compunds exercises with intensity not volume
