All I can say is this is the best protein I have ever mixed together in my life. I used one of my many BB.com shaker bottles. Put 1 scoop of the WPC in there. Added about 12 ounces of cold water. Swirled and gave it a few shakes. Super smooth looking. No clumps visually and while drinking.

Taste: 8/10
The apple is pretty good. Only reason I gave it an 8 is because it's not strong enough. 1 scoop and 12oz of water I would have thought it would be a little stronger. Smoothest protein I have ever tastes though. Especially in a shaker and in water too.

Cost: 9/10
Price is great. It wasnt free so I cant give it a 10.

My first time using True Protein. Great experience. Bought on 27th. Shipped on 28th. Received on 29th. Gotta love that. I got 4 different 1lb flavors. BSL Apple, Banana, BSL Watermelon, and BSL Orange. Love the Apple. 3 more to try out.
