I am starting the second part of the logging process. I am 12 weeks into my test/tren/bold prop/prostanozol (winny-ph) cycle. ( I know, i wish I had used the var but am saving it up for the 6 weekers). Note: Bold prop 6 weeks only. Prostan 5 weeks 100/200(4). My current cycle was test 1g ew / Tren 400 mg ew Bold prop started 3 weeks ago and I have 3 weeks left. I am running a quick, hard cutter, increased cardio tight diet. So lets see what 3 weeks can do to change the way I look. Starters Weight 242lbs Height 5'9" Bf 12.5- 13 ( went down to a 11.5, promo parties and a product launch killed it) Measurements Arms 18.7 Shoulders 59 Chest 48 Quad 4"above knee 30" Calves 18.7" Waist 34.5 Proposed cycle Pre- 1 week benadryl 50mg e.n. Clen 80/100/100/100/120/120/150/180/200/200/180/180/150/120/120 Yohimbe - Start off last 2 days of clen at 5g oral e.d for 1 week. Benadryl 1 week 75mg e.n. Its really hitting humid 90-96's here so I am dropping the DNP idea but ohhh my yellow MnM's look so tempting ![]() Current lifts Dead 570x3 Squat 500x12 - am not maxing out (doc advice) F-Bench 210x10 Incline 240x6 Proposed plan DC 4 day - focus on legs. I need those cuts bitch! 3 day cardio 4 x week abs, stomach vacuum e.0.d Wheel shots and my trademark most muscular on friday. Go on ... make fun of me , i have'nt worked out in like a week. And this is after eating like a piggy ![]()

Here goes Day 1: Shoulders/biceps/traps/calves - small part concentrated Smith Military 135x17x2 185x15 205x12 Behind neck -as above- DB front raises 30x12 45x12 55x10 DB flys 40x15 45x10 Leaning DB fly for rear delt 25x20 30x15 Biceps Military chins 10x3 BB curls 90x15 100x10 Concentrations 35x20 45x15 Traps DB shrugs 90x15 100x10 Shrug machine 4 plates - either side x 10 5 plates x 10 Diet : Meal 1: 2 cups of oats + cocoa + marshmellow 1 handful Meal 2: 1 handful peanuts + 54g of protein in 30oz water Meal 3: Rice and Chicken - 3-4 breasts and liver - i think i over ate ![]() Meal 4: 72g of whey in water - over 1.5 hours Meal 5: 2 scoops of peanut butter and some veggies Midnight 1 scoop whey in water Clen dosed prior to sleep - 100mcg

Came out pumped! Diet Meal 1: 1 cup of oats 2 sp PB Meal 2: Korean - rice 1 scoop+spicy beef 2 piecesMeal 3: Marinated Raw salmon Meal 4: 50g of protein Meal 5: 2 scoops PB Meal 6: 3 chicken thighs - boneless/skinless Meal 7: 75g of protein -1.5 hr intake
