now i will state that im irish and dont live in america so this is not an attack upon the members who may support him.

i was given some books called the bushims.
its basiclly a book about all the things he has said that are back to front.
he does seem xtremely stupid and highly uneducated.
does he have a speech diorder or something.
i just cant believe the american people voted for some guy who cant speak right.

Well, I think you're mostly correct about the man. Although he doesn't actually speak very well, he's certainly not dumb.

Politically speaking, I am not a fan but I admire his ability to make a decision and stand by it no matter what.

And remember any American president is only as good as the people he surrounds himself with.

I'm with longhorn on this one...speaking on behalf of his administration and what its accomplished, or rather not, I am NOT a fan of his at all. However, its funny how the general public is so amazed and "ooohs" and "aaaahhhhsss" whenever they hear an eloquent speaker liek clinton or reagan. Oh, just b/c they are great speakers means they are smart as hell? NO. BUsh couldnt speak his way out of a wet paper bag, but, i dont think he is dumb in the least!!!!! i mean, sure he went ot harvard and yale or whatever, and im sure the fact that he comes from the Bush family helped him get in, but you dont go to those schyools and get degrees if you cant spell, sheesh. Money only goes so far there, they do have somewhat of a prestigous rep. to uphold....think about that...if it just took money to get a degree from there, lets see, paris hilton could be a harvard grad, along with all these other rich elitist types. Not to mention, last i checked, the oil companies were raking in RECORD profits recently and much of it was due to his administrations policies and our invasion of Iraq. Think that "idiot" doesnt know whats going on?? haha, he laughs all the way to the bank whenever truly DUMB people call him a moron. Still have doubts? Anyone that revokes Enviornmental Policies, so corporations can earn more profits isn't too smart...... I mean, what does that say about the future of our Planet? We're Doomed is all I'm hearing..... Then there is Stem cell research, which could cure THOUSANDS of diseases, and increase the life span of a Human YEARS..... However, he's against it cause it involves a Fetus.... A Fetus that is CREATED in a TEST TUBE, and is gonna be thrown away..... I don't get that one at all...... There are many more, but I'll stop there....

Wow, I'm liking what I'm reading. I my self am very unhappy with the state of affairs in this country. I agree that GW may not be an idiot, but when ever he opens his mouth, it's the same thing over and over again. Either I'm laughing at his lack of communication skills, or getting angry at the blatent lies that are being told to the US citizens. But to be fair, it is going to take way more than one Democrat or Republican in office to change things. We need a huge overhaul in government. Things are out of control. I'm sick of paying more and more taxes every year, just so they can make more laws that tell me what to do. Sorry for Ranting.
