hey guys.
at the moment im hitting it hard for some serious mass. I got weighed last week and im 242lbs soaking wet at 13.5 % bf. i was just reading a few articles and it appears that people dont really advise test prop and trenbolone for a mass cycle. what im using at the moment is 100mg test prop per day 75mg tren ace and i also have a custom blend test which is 400mg per ml. i take 3ml off that per week. so total test dose is 1,900mg per week. i chose prop because ive read that there is more raw test in prop than cypoionate or enthate , so i get more bang for my money. my diet is not to bad but im sure it could be improved. meal 1 . pasta and tuna plus 1 cup off oatmeal mixed with 500ml of full fat milk and 2 scoops off whey protein. meal 2 . rice and chicken. in between i have another oatmeal drink,, same one as above. meal 3 . pasta and tuna protein shake meal 4 . normal supper ,, potatoes and rice and chicken. meal 5 . rice dish with ground beef mixed in. meal 6. oatmeal shake as above. then bed. i dont eat alot off red meat as i cant really afford it and to be honest i dont really like it lol. so basiclly am i going wrong here or is it all ok. please help guys i wanna get huge lol. oh yeah i dont use anadrol because it dont mix well with me, 1 tab aday nearly killed me. i do love d-ball thu. i have insulin coming next week so i plan on using that post workout. |

looks like a cutting cycle for someone on 1,900mg of test to me. i think the biggest thing you're missing is fat. you need more total fat in your diet. i think throw some cheese in there and a half dozen eggs for breakfast and you should be okay. i can't even imagine eating tuna and pasta for breakfast....ugh!
i've got alot of experience with insulin. are you getting Humalog or Humulin-R? my experience Humulin-R is far superior for bulking.

i dont like cheeze and i cant stand eggs lol.
i must add that the oatmeal drinks i consume do have 1,000 calories in them. should i add several tablespoons off olive oil to my drinks. or could you maybe put me in the direction off a good mass diet and i believe its humalin-r that im getting |

Other fat suggestions: nuts (either peanuts or almonds) or natural peanut butter.

Cool! I have two tbsp of pb everyday and a couple of handfuls of peanuts. It's all really good fat too.

I take about 6 tbsp of all natural pb per day with my oatmeal each time I eat it..

i agree with the peanut butter. olive oil wouldnt taste too good in your drinks. you can find coconut oil in most health food stores, or macadamia nut oil. that would probably taste better and they both have alot of good fat.
do you not eat dairy products at all?

i dont eat eggs as i use to eat about 20 a day and drink about 20 egg whites per day so i sickened myself on them.
i drink about 2 - 3 litres off whole milk per day,, i just use whole milk in my shakes so i thought i had the fat content covered. im gonna start adding cheeze to some off my meals and i have started adding peanut butter to my shakes and it tastes pretty good. |
