clen vs ECA- which is better?

which do you guys think is more effective for loosing fat and maintaining muscle?

I dont like ECA but I do like EC and love Clen.

Both work. You just have to try them out. Start with low doses and work your way up. I would probably say Clen works a little better (at least for me) than EC does.

I've done up to 160mcg of Clen on 2 week cycles then up to 75mg and 100mg of EC with 200mg C per 25mg E.

ive never done EC or ECA, but I am on clen now. it seems to be working pretty good. I've read and heard good things about ECA though, so thats what I was wondering

I love the appetite suppressant qualities of ECA. Clen doesnt have the big punch of energy of ECA either. I play a game with myself, take ECA and sit on my pc as long as I can until its either go work out or smash my head through the monitor. Great fun

Try some EC. 25mg E / 200mg C per dose. Start with 1 dose per day then go up to 3 doses per day.

Great to do in between Clen cycles.

I like the Clen better but when I was trying to shed lbs I did 2 weeks clen 2 weeks eca then over again.

Use the EC between clen cycles. Clen will help you hold on to more muscle but it really comes down to diet. Clen just makes it easier for those who mismanage thier diet. However either of these products are aids. Don't forget the 3 basics to cuting, Diet, Diet and diet. I would say cardio but I feel like I'm doing cardio all day when I'm on clen.

im doing clen and t-3 (along with test and tren) and the weight keeps falling off. if I were doing cardio, Im pretty sure I would start loosing muscle.

but isnt Ephedrine a Beta-2 antagonist, as is clen? I thought they acted similiar in the body? so when you were doing your 2 weeks of clen, wouldnt you want to not do Ephedrine so your beta-2 regulators get a rest?

In short, EC will not cause such a pronounced down regulation and desensitization of the receptors, at least not to the extent of clen.
